Just a thought #1

I’m so sick of being lonely. But, not only is lonely the only way I know, it’s also the safest place to be.

  1. It is tough to feel that way and I understand the hesitancy to let someone in, especially if they do not understand bi-polar disorder.

I don’t pretend to know it all or 100% understand what my wife goes through (she is bi-polar too). However one thing I am certain of is that no one is strong enough to go it alone.

It may be difficult but eventually you will need to let someone in for support, comfort, empathy and guidance.

    1. I agreed. Going it alone is not the best thing to do. I have just never met anyone willing to learn to understand, family included. So I feel I need to make peace with travelling a solitary road. But it is fellow bloggers such as yourself, Vic, who make me feel like i’m not completely alone. So thank you for your support
